Dedicated Personal Injury Lawyer Since 1982
When an individual is injured, their job should be to heal and get better — not to deal with insurance carriers, or try to put a case together, when they have never had to do it before. Joe Condeni has been practicing personal injury law since 1982, helping people who are not in a position to help themselves due to their injury.
Personalized Attention to Clients
Joe has been in the personal injury practice for 32 years, handling all types of personal injury cases. He and the attorneys that work with him are dedicated personal injury attorneys. As a boutique law firm, we handle cases personally, working closely with a client, unlike larger firms that appoint a file manager to deal with their clients.
What Constitutes Personal Injury
There is personal injury when an individual is harmed in some form, whether physically, mentally, or both due to the negligence of another party. The other party can be the driver of the other vehicle or the manufacturer of a product. Personal injury includes catastrophic injuries such as:
- Paraplegia
- Quadriplegia
- Death
- Brain damage
- Traumatic brain injury
- Loss of limb
- Any type of physical or psychological injury to a person
Importance of a Personal Injury Lawyer
Insurance carriers are in the business of paying the least amount of money they can on any particular claim. If an individual tries to represent themselves, the insurance carrier will not perceive the individual as a threat to them. Without legal knowledge, an individual may not be able to properly preserve evidence, investigate a case, or present a compelling argument to induce the insurance carrier to settle their claim.
An experienced personal injury attorney is best equipped to work with and negotiate with insurance carriers. Through an attorney, an injured party can obtain a settlement that is in their best interest.
At Condeni Law LLC, our experienced personal injury attorneys can help by:
- Presenting a compelling argument to the insurance carrier or a jury
- Guiding the client through the entire process
- Filing a lawsuit if the claim cannot be settled
- Conducting discovery, fighting motions, preparing the case for trial, taking the case to trial, and elevating a subsequent appeal, if necessary

As a boutique firm, we are not in the business of mass marketing and are focused on serious injury cases, where our services can make a tremendous impact on the lives of those who need help.
How Our Firm Can Make a Difference
In a previous case involving a motorcycle wreck, the insurance carrier initially informed the victim’s family that the coverage was limited to $100,000. The victim was an attractive young lady who had fallen off the motorcycle she was riding. The injured passenger suffered brain damage and was on life support for about six months before she died.
She left behind two children who were devastated by her death and suffered without their mother’s support.
The decedent’s family hired our firm to represent them in the motorcycle accident case. Unwilling to accept the insurance carrier’s offer of $100,000 in coverage, we filed suit and continued investigating the case.
As we delved into the case, we discovered an additional $1 million in coverage. We took the case through mediation where the insurance carrier improved its offer to around $600,000. We persevered and prepared the case for trial. Ultimately, the insurance carrier offered a settlement in the final amount of $1.1 million, the total value of the policy limit.
Condeni Law is dedicated to pursuing our client’s case in order to obtain the maximum value of settlement that our clients deserve. We are not inclined toward a quick and easy settlement if it is not fair to our clients. We are prepared to persevere and aggressively pursue our clients’ claims in an ethical manner.
What You Need to Prepare for Consultation
If you or a loved one is involved in a serious accident, you may be entitled to compensation. A consultation with a personal injury attorney can lead to an assessment of your case and the legal options available under the circumstances.
During the initial consultation with our attorneys, we advise you to bring all information, records, and documents pertinent to the accident and available to you, such as:
- Photographs
- Names and addresses of witnesses
- Police report
- Medical records
- Driver’s License
- Own insurance coverage information
We engage with potential clients in an initial telephone consultation and set up our first meeting with them. Prior to our first meeting, we also ask potential clients to fill out our New Client Intake Form where we can collect as much information as possible about the circumstances surrounding the case. We will obtain any records or other information you do not already have.
Representing Clients in Ohio
Our firm has extensive experience in personal injury cases. We provide personal attention to each client in a manner that allows the client to work directly with an attorney. Unlike larger firms that cater to a mass market of cases, we do not refer clients to a client handler who is a non-lawyer, and who acts as a contact person and who has no legal training.
Our compassion for our clients allows us to work with them with the understanding that getting the best medical recovery is of paramount interest to our client. We personally guide our clients through the legal process while simultaneously working to obtain the maximum financial recovery that they deserve.
